chill
An Apple Watch wellness companion that nudges you when your body looks stressed — no subscriptions, no tracking, no meditation library.
Concept: this product is not yet shipping or available for download.
Proof of concept
Ambient wellness, not another meditation catalog.
chill watches resting-heart-rate context, looks for elevated heart rate without concurrent activity, and turns that moment into a quick Apple Watch nudge with a simple breathing or logging prompt. The current product is still in proof-of-concept, so this Riddim page is the canonical home while real screenshots and a store listing do not yet exist.
Current product preview
No shipped screenshots or App Store art are available yet. This temporary treatment is intentionally plain so it does not imply a live listing.
What chill is built around
The current product facts come from the proof-of-concept discovery work.
- Reads heart rate and resting heart rate through HealthKit and keeps the data on device.
- Uses a personal baseline so elevated-heart-rate nudges adapt to the user instead of population averages.
- Pairs each nudge with a fast log-or-dismiss flow instead of a long guided session.
- Avoids accounts, subscriptions, analytics SDKs, and any diagnostic medical claims.

Products at Riddim are built on the factory floor: public signals become scoped work, dispatched to autonomous bots, and shipped to release. Every step leaves a receipt.
